Remove all Lids and Sauces from Containers. Lids are Not Oven Safe.

Beet Salad

Serve as is, the beet salad is dressed with a lemon vinaigrette and you can dip and serve hummus with beets.

Spinach Soup

Bring soup to simmer over low heat. Add sorrel cream at very end. .

Braised Black Beans

Heat, covered, in a 375 degree oven for 10-15minutes.Heat the rice covered, will take a less time, probably 5 minutes.


Heat covered in a 375 degree oven for 15 minutes, uncover for last 5 minutes if you want top browned. Eat Slaw separately on the side.


The bass is slightly undercooked. In a 375 degree oven, put the bass in for 10-15 minutes until hot. Serve with the bouillabaisse vinaigrette, this should be served cold, and the pickled fennel. The vinaigrette should be served on the side and used sparingly.


Heat in a 375 degree oven, covered for 10 minutes.

`Pantry items

Sides-Preheat the oven to 375. Heat uncovered in an oven-proof container for 10 minutes.

Dun Dun Noodle-Add ¼ cup water and heat over low heat, stirring so doesn't stick.

Mac and Cheese-Heat covered with foil until hot, about 15 minutes.

Steak-Cooked to rare, heat in an oven uncovered for 10 minutes and serve with butter.

Fish-Heat covered in foil for 10-15 minutes.
